I find Jill Bolte Taylor’s book, ‘My Stroke of Insight’ such an inspiring and informative read for anyone interested in the amazing powers of our brain. My Mum was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s when she was sixty and this has really increased my interest in the brain.
